MIND-i LLC was founded in 2016 by a group of industry professionals with exceptional technical and domain knowledge of architecture, engineering, construction and facilities management (AECOM) industry. The group has aggressively developed a project development and delivery platform that lowers the cost and risk of building projects.
Throughout her more than 20-year career in the design and construction industries, Norine Bagate has been guided by a simple, yet effective, philosophy: the best project outcomes result from a strong start.
As a project manager with broad professional experience in design and construction, Norine has developed an integrated project delivery approach that begins with a strong strategic planning phase, which is then optimized by an engaged project team, and ends with projects that are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Norine also has a comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory process. Her scope of experience encompasses new construction, conversions, additions, rehabilitations, refurbishments, and major capital projects.
She started NWB Consulting to address the needs expressed by her former clients and referrals from colleagues. Clients sought her keen insight, leadership, strategic analysis and expertise in assessing potential development opportunities, changes of use, and conversions of existing commercial real estate, along with optimization of undeveloped land.
Prior to starting NWB Consulting, Norine was a Senior Project Manager for LePatner C3 LLC, the project management practice affiliated with LePatner& Associates LLP, a specialty construction law firm. Prior to her work at LePatner, Norine was an associate and Director of Project Development at Lester Evan Tour Architect PLLC, where in addition to overseeing the design and development of projects, and coordinating the scope and work of engineering and other consultants, Ms. Bagate led the firm’s consulting business. During her career, Ms. Bagate has had the honor of working on many notable projects for major corporations, including Tiffany & Co., Lancôme, Coca-Cola, and Yves St. Laurent.
Norine holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the School of Architecture at University of Texas at Austin.
